BIOECONOMY research infrastructure builds on a unique alliance between Aalto University and VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland to transfer academic research discoveries from molecular level through the whole development chain to innovations and novel technology concepts for bio-based products. BIOECONOMY-infra contains research infrastructures of Aalto University and VTT in the fields of process chemistry, industrial biotechnology and material sciences aiming to bio-based chemicals, fuels, materials and fibre products.
